The Querciabella Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva di Querciabella represents a sublime expression of Sangiovese, cultivated in compliance with the organic and biodynamic philosophy that distinguishes this leading winery in the heart of Tuscany. Located in the most prestigious areas of Chianti Classico, Querciabella is committed to producing wines that are faithful witnesses of their territory, combining sustainable agricultural practices with cutting-edge winemaking techniques to enhance the unique qualities of the grape variety and terroir.

The Chianti Classico Riserva di Querciabella is the result of a careful selection of the best Sangiovese grapes, harvested manually in the vineyards located in the areas with the greatest wine-growing vocation. The meticulous attention in the vineyard and the use of organic and biodynamic practices ensure the health of the plants and the quality of the grapes, allowing us to obtain a wine that authentically reflects the characteristics of the terroir of origin.

After vinification, the wine is aged in oak barriques, a process that helps to round out the tannins and enrich the aromatic bouquet with notes of spices, vanilla and light toasted touches, without ever overpowering the fruitiness and natural freshness of the Sangiovese. This period of maturation in wood allows the Chianti Classico Riserva to acquire greater complexity and depth, preparing it for long aging.

Visually, the wine has an intense ruby red color, with garnet reflections that tend to emerge over time. The bouquet is complex and inviting, offering a broad spectrum of aromas ranging from ripe red fruit, such as cherries and plums, to floral, earthy and spicy notes, which reflect the rich aromatic diversity of Sangiovese. In the mouth, the Chianti Classico Riserva di Querciabella is balanced and harmonious, with fine tannins and a lively acidity that gives freshness and driveability. The long aromatic persistence leaves a pleasant sensation of elegance and depth.

Ideal to accompany Tuscan dishes, such as Florentine steak, roast meats and mature cheeses, this wine is also perfect to be enjoyed on its own, as a moment of meditation, to fully appreciate its complexity and its evolution over time.

Querciabella's Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva is a shining example of the winery's commitment to excellence, a wine that celebrates the richness and beauty of the Tuscan landscape, making it a treasure to be discovered by wine lovers around the world.
