The Raboso del Piave DOC of Casa Roma comes from the historic area of eastern Veneto, where the Raboso grape finds an ideal environment to express its intensity and vigor. This red wine, obtained from selected Raboso grapes, stands out for its rustic character and vibrant acidity, elements that give it structure and longevity. The aging in steel preserves the freshness, while the ripe fruit is enriched with spicy hints and notes of cherry and plum. On the palate, it is decisive, with robust but balanced tannins, perfect paired with traditional dishes based on meat and aged cheeses.
