It is a measured Barolo, of good substance, that looks to tradition without heaviness and is well suited to a few years of bottle evolution, while already providing enjoyment today if allowed to breathe. It pairs naturally with flavorful Piedmontese dishes such as braised dishes, roasts and aged cheeses; it also matches well with mushrooms and truffle dishes when a more refined pairing is desired. To enhance its qualities serve at around 16-18 °C and consider a brief decanting before service — ideal for those who appreciate elegance, tension and an aromatic development over time.
