The Rebola Secco Jaminia, labeled DOC Colli di Rimini and produced by San Patrignano, shows a bright straw-yellow color with clear clarity. On the nose it is restrained and pleasant, with hints of white‑fleshed fruit, field flowers and a delicate mineral note; the profile is straightforward and not intrusive. On the palate it is fresh and saline, light- to medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and a texture that favors drinkability; the finish is clean, persistent and of immediate appeal.

Best enjoyed relatively young to appreciate its freshness, it pairs with seafood starters, light soups, grilled fish and vegetables; it also matches fresh cheeses and herb-based dishes. Suggested serving temperature 8-10 °C; brief decanting only if needed. For those seeking an everyday white wine with a candid, down-to-earth character, it remains a versatile choice with a good quality-to-price ratio.
