Conte Brandolini d'Adda's Ribolla Gialla IGT Venezia Giulia is a luminous and refined exemplification of one of the most emblematic vines of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This white wine, produced by the historic Conte Brandolini d'Adda winery, is the result of a careful selection of Ribolla Gialla grapes, a vine known for its ability to express the characteristics of the Friulian terroir with elegance and liveliness.

Ribolla Gialla, appreciated for its delicate aromatic profile and its notable acidity, finds the ideal context in the lands of Venezia Giulia to fully express its potential. The vineyards of Conte Brandolini d'Adda, cultivated following sustainable practices that respect the environment and the rhythm of nature, benefit from a unique microclimate, characterized by fresh sea breezes and soils rich in minerals, which give the wine complexity and minerality.

The vinification of Ribolla Gialla IGT Venezia Giulia is aimed at preserving the integrity and freshness of the varietal characteristics. The grapes, harvested at the optimal point of ripeness, undergo delicate pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. This process allows the primary aromas of the vine to be kept intact and its natural liveliness enhanced.

Visually, the wine has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that anticipate its freshness. On the nose, the Ribolla Gialla IGT Venezia Giulia by Conte Brandolini d'Adda offers a rich and multifaceted aromatic bouquet, with notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, green apple and a subtle mineral vein, typical of this vine.

In the mouth, the wine surprises with its incredible freshness and cleanliness, supported by a lively acidity which enhances its fruity flavors and gives a pleasant aromatic persistence. The texture is soft and harmonious, with a finish that brings delicate mineral notes and a light saline sensation, which invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, seafood appetizers, fresh salads and fish-based dishes, the Ribolla Gialla IGT Venezia Giulia by Conte Brandolini d'Adda is a wine that expresses the qualities of one of the vines with elegance and finesse most characteristic of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, offering a tasting experience that celebrates the winemaking tradition and innovation of the region.

Winery history
Le terre di Vistorta have been associated with the Brandolini family for centuries; different sources report divergent historical origins. In the 20th century, Brandino Brandolini d'Adda led efforts to enhance the vineyards — particularly Merlot — and to modernize cellar operations. In the 2000s the estate began converting to organic farming, with production certified following the conversion.
Production philosophy
Terroir-driven production: parcel-by-parcel vineyard care, minimal intervention in the cellar, use of selected indigenous yeasts and sustainable agronomic practices. Strong focus on Merlot as the defining grape of Vistorta, complemented by the white wines typical of Friuli.
