Ribolla Gialla Isonzo from Tenuta Luisa represents an excellent example of this indigenous varietal from Friuli Venezia Giulia, cultivated with passion and dedication along the banks of the Isonzo River. The unique microclimate of the area, characterized by cool breezes and mineral-rich soils, significantly contributes to the unique expression of this wine.

Ribolla Gialla is famed for its distinctive and lively aromatic profile, and the Tenuta Luisa version is no exception. On the nose, the wine entices with its intense scents of ripe yellow fruit, such as peaches and apricots, along with delicate floral notes and a touch of aromatic herbs. The olfactory complexity is enhanced by subtle hints of almond and minerality, reflecting the specific terroir of the Isonzo region.

On the palate, Ribolla Gialla Isonzo from Tenuta Luisa is fresh and well-balanced. The liveliness of the acidity is perfectly countered by the medium body of the wine, which carries persistent flavors of yellow fruit and a slight creaminess that caresses the palate. The finish is clean, with a pleasant mineral persistence that invites another sip.

Perfect as an aperitif, this wine also pairs beautifully with light starters, seafood, and Mediterranean dishes, revealing its ability to complement both delicate and more structured flavors.

In conclusion, Ribolla Gialla Isonzo from Tenuta Luisa is a wine that not only reflects the richness of the territory from which it comes but also offers a refreshing and complex taste experience, making it a valuable addition to any wine selection.
