From vineyards cultivated in a hilly position in the Oltrepò Pavese, in the municipalities of San Damiano al Colle and Montecalvo Versiggia, on soils composed of sandstone and calcareous marl with a clayey part, at 280/350 meters above sea level. with Gujot and spurred cordon training system, the Riesling grapes used to produce this wonderful label grow.
Vinification is carried out by performing a short maceration on the skins, soft pressing and separation from the skins, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°-20° for a period of about 15-20 days in a reduced environment. After this period the wine undergoes decanting; the refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 5 months followed by 3 months in the bottle before being put on the market.

It can be admired in its characteristic straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose there are intense and complex aromas, with floral aromas and strong fruity notes of apple, pear and citrus. The taste is decidedly elegant, soft and broadly structured. Full-bodied, with good retro-olfactory persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, excellent throughout the meal, especially with fish-based dishes, white meats and cheeses in general, try it with pizza.
