The Riesling Grand Cru "Saering" by Domaines Schlumberger is a wine that beautifully embodies the nobility and complexity of Alsatian Riesling, thanks to its unique terroir and excellent viticultural and vinicultural practices. Located in Alsace, a region famous for its aromatic and structured white wines, Domaines Schlumberger boasts a long history of winemaking, characterized by a deep respect for the land and an unwavering commitment to quality.

The Grand Cru "Saering", recognized for its privileged position and its particularly favorable soil, composed of marl, chalk and limestone, gives the Riesling grown on this slope a distinctive minerality and remarkable freshness. The combination of an ideal microclimate, with optimal sun exposure and natural ventilation, and a soil rich in minerals, allows us to obtain high-quality Riesling grapes, which faithfully transmit the characteristics of the terroir.

Domaines Schlumberger employs sustainable farming methods to care for the vineyards, ensuring that every step of the production process, from hand-picking the grapes to winemaking, is carried out with the utmost care. The goal is to produce a wine that expresses the purity and essence of Riesling, maintaining a harmonious balance between acidity, minerality and aromatic complexity.

The Riesling Grand Cru "Saering" stands out for its bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, the wine offers a range of intense and seductive aromas, among which stand out notes of citrus, white peach and wild flowers, enriched by a saline minerality and delicate hints of oil, typical of mature Rieslings. These perfumes are surrounded by a light cloud of sweet spices, the result of evolution in the bottle.

In the mouth, "Saering" reveals a balanced structure, supported by a lively acidity that gives dynamism to the sip. The minerality of the wine is palpable, accompanied by a richness of white pulp fruit and a slightly spicy aftertaste that persists in the long finish, leaving a sensation of elegance and persistence.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with sophisticated fish dishes, seafood, spicy Asian cuisine or goat cheeses, the Riesling Grand Cru "Saering" by Domaines Schlumberger is a wine that celebrates the diversity and richness of the Alsatian terroir, offering a tasting experience that remains etched in the memory.

With its Riesling Grand Cru "Saering", Domaines Schlumberger continues to demonstrate its mastery of creating wines that are faithful expressions of their terroir, strengthening Alsace's reputation as one of the most prestigious and respected wine regions in the world.
