The Riesling Schoelhammer 2014 from Famille Hugel is born in the heart of Alsace, a region renowned for the production of white wines of rare elegance. This Riesling stands out for its ability to express the unique terroir of the Schoelhammer vineyard, where the limestone-clay soil imparts minerality and structure to the grape. The Riesling grape, naturally aromatic and fresh, here evolves with a precise harmony between lively acidity and aromatic richness.

The 2014 vintage favored a slow and complete ripening, preserving the varietal aromas of citrus, green apple, and floral notes intertwined with a delicate presence of flint typical of the most refined Alsatian Rieslings. The aging, in large wooden barrels, enriches the wine with complexity while maintaining its vibrant freshness and a surprising balance. On the palate, it reveals an elegant structure, with a persistent finish recalling delicate saline hints.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or Asian cuisine, this Riesling Schoelhammer 2014 enchants with its aromatic clarity and sophisticated refinement. A true expression of the Alsatian wine heritage signed Famille Hugel.
