Rimapere Sauvignon Blanc is an exhilarating representation of the Sauvignon Blanc variety grown in the heart of New Zealand's renowned Marlborough wine region. This region is celebrated globally for its Sauvignon Blancs characterized by a distinctive freshness, vibrant aromas and lively acidity, which reflect the uniqueness of its terroir. Rimapere, an estate that belongs to a collaboration between Baron Edmond de Rothschild and Terry Peabody, highlights the dedication and commitment to producing wines that express the purity and intensity of the grape variety, while enhancing sustainability and respect for the environment.

The winery adopts sustainable agricultural practices and a careful approach in the vineyard to ensure the health of the vines and the quality of the grapes. The Marlborough microclimate, with its warm days and cool nights, helps to slow down the ripening of the grapes, allowing a balanced development of sugars and acidity, as well as an intensification of aromas.

Rimapere's Sauvignon Blanc winemaking process is designed to preserve and accentuate the natural varietal aromas. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, a choice that favors the preservation of the freshness and aromatic expression of the wine. This method allows us to obtain a Sauvignon Blanc that faithfully reflects the character of the grape variety and the terroir of origin.

Visually, the wine has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its youth and vitality. On the nose, it explodes with an intense and captivating aromatic bouquet, dominated by notes of white pulp fruit, such as green apple and pear, followed by nuances of citrus fruits, fresh cut grass and floral hints, which create an inviting complexity.

In the mouth, Rimapere's Sauvignon Blanc demonstrates extraordinary freshness and liveliness, with a well-balanced acidity that crosses the palate, refreshing and stimulating the senses. Fresh fruit flavors mix with a light minerality, leading to a long and persistent finish, characterized by a clean varietal expressiveness.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with a wide range of dishes, particularly seafood, fish-based dishes and Asian cuisine, Rimapere's Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent choice for those looking for a wine that combines aromatic intensity, freshness and drinkability , offering a tasting experience that celebrates the quality and excellence of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
