The Ripasso della Valpolicella Superiore DOC Bosan, Cesari winery, is born in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, an area dedicated to the production of elegant and characterful red wines. This wine is obtained from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, which after fermentation undergo the traditional "ripasso" method: the young wine is re-fermented on Amarone pomace, giving depth and structure.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, enriched with garnet reflections, while on the nose it explodes in a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light hints of vanilla derived from aging in oak barrels. On the palate, it is enveloping, full, and well-balanced, with soft tannins and an aromatic persistence that invites another sip.

Perfect with traditional Venetian meat dishes, aged cheeses, and flavorful fare, it fully expresses the unique character of this territory.
