The Romagna DOC Pagadebit from Tenuta Santa Lucia is a true expression of the Romagna region, where the microclimate and soil composition endow this wine with unique characteristics. Produced mainly with Bombino Bianco grapes, a lesser-known but highly valued native variety for its resilience and ability to produce wines of good body and freshness.

The name "Pagadebit" derives from an ancient local belief that this grape variety allowed farmers to "pay their debts" due to its reliable productivity even in difficult years. Tenuta Santa Lucia carefully oversees every stage of the production process, from manual harvesting to winemaking, respecting tradition but with a keen eye on innovation.

Visually, the Pagadebit boasts a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, a sign of freshness and youth. On the nose, it opens with an aromatic bouquet that evokes sensations of fresh fruit like green apple and peach, enriched by subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that makes it delightfully drinkable and perfectly pairs it with fish dishes, light appetizers, or as an aperitif.

Best served chilled, the Romagna DOC Pagadebit from Tenuta Santa Lucia is an excellent choice for those who wish to discover the authentic flavors of Romagna through a glass of wine that expresses character and terroir.
