The Sangiovese IGT "S-cètt" Without Added Sulfites from Tenuta Santa Lucia is an excellent example of how winemaking can meet sustainable practices to create a product of extraordinary purity and territorial expression. This wine stands out for being produced without the addition of sulfites, a choice aimed at preserving the most authentic expression of the grape variety and the cultivation soil.

Originating from the picturesque Marche region, Tenuta Santa Lucia cultivates its Sangiovese grapes in full respect of the natural rhythm of the vines, favoring ecological balance and biodiversity. The exclusion of added sulfites during the winemaking process allows the "S-cètt" to maintain a pure and intensely fruity aromatic profile, with notes of ripe cherry, raspberry, and a slight hint of earthy spices.

On the palate, this Sangiovese shows a medium structure, balanced by a fresh acidity that makes it extremely drinkable and versatile at the table. The finish is clean, with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruit that lingers delicately.

Serving this wine at a temperature of about 16-18°C allows one to fully appreciate its qualities. It is ideal with light meat dishes, medium-aged cheeses, and vegetarian dishes rich in Mediterranean flavors.

The Sangiovese IGT Without Added Sulfites "S-cètt" from Tenuta Santa Lucia is not just a wine, but a declaration of love and respect for nature and for the art of winemaking, a true treasure for wine lovers seeking purity and authenticity.
