The "Vensamè" Rosé Sparkling Wine Ancestral Method from Tenuta Santa Lucia is a sophisticated and intriguing expression of winemaking art that encapsulates purity and tradition. Produced in limited quantities, this wine reflects the philosophy of a company that places quality and respect for the terroir at the heart of its mission.

The use of the Ancestral Method, one of the oldest methods of natural fermentation for sparkling wines, allows Vensamè to develop a surprising complexity and pleasant vivacity. This method involves having the second fermentation take place directly in the bottle, with no addition of liqueur d’expédition, thus preserving all the native nuances of the grape variety.

This rosé is made from carefully selected grapes harvested by hand at dawn to maintain the freshness and integrity of the fruit. The color is a delicate and captivating pink, which anticipates aromas of small red fruits, floral notes, and a slight touch of yeast. On the palate, it offers a perfect balance between freshness and complexity, with fine and persistent bubbles that invite the next sip.

The ideal pairing includes light appetizers, dishes based on fish or seafood, but it is also suitable as an elegant and refreshing aperitif. To enhance its qualities, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8-10°C.

Produced with passion and respect for nature, the "Vensamè" Rosé Sparkling Wine Ancestral Method is an excellent choice for those wishing to discover the authenticity and elegance of natural sparkling wines from Tenuta Santa Lucia. An invitation to celebrate special moments with a glass of pure joy.
