The Romagna Sangiovese DOC Superiore - Riserva Le Grillaie by Celli embodies an extraordinary expression of the Sangiovese grape variety, cultivated in the authentically rich and vibrant region of Emilia-Romagna. This reserve stands out for the meticulous care with which it is produced, representing a masterpiece from the Celli winery, an institution that has been dedicated for years to promoting Italian indigenous varieties with particular attention to Sangiovese.

The selected harvest of the best grapes, followed by aging in French oak barrels, gives this wine a unique complexity and depth. On the nose, the Romagna Sangiovese DOC Superiore - Riserva Le Grillaie showcases a seductive bouquet of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and a delicate veil of vanilla, resulting from the wood aging.

On the palate, the wine opens with a robust but balanced structure; elegant yet firm tannins support a long-lasting finish. The notes of cherry, blackberry, and a hint of black pepper blend harmoniously with slightly toasted and herbal nuances, leaving a lasting impression of refinement.

Recommended to accompany dishes from Emilia-Romagna cuisine such as tagliatelle al ragù or dishes based on red meats and game, the Romagna Sangiovese DOC Superiore - Riserva Le Grillaie is also ideal for extended aging, which will further unveil its complexity and depth.

This reserve is not just a wine, it is a journey into the profound taste of one of Italy's most vibrant regions, a true masterpiece for Sangiovese lovers and for those seeking an icon of quality and tradition in Italian bottles.
