The Rosato IGP Puglia Frizzante from Tenuta Viglione is a lively rosé wine, marked by fine perlage and light bubbles that emphasize freshness. It shows a pale pink color; on the nose it opens with notes of small red fruits, ripe peach and a hint of wildflowers, while a slight minerality accompanies the aromatic profile. On the palate it is slender, with balanced acidity and easy drinkability; the effervescence gives a sensation of lightness without covering the fruity notes.

It is well suited as an aperitif and to accompany antipasti, delicate cured meats and fresh cheeses, summer salads and light fish dishes. It is recommended to serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in wide glasses to allow the aromas to express themselves. Best consumed young to preserve vibrancy and primary aromas. Ideal for informal moments, outdoor lunches and everyday pairings, it offers a simple, immediate reading of the frizzante rosé character of Puglia.

Production philosophy
An "unhurried" approach: organic cultivation, respect for natural rhythms and attention to environmental sustainability. The estate implements practices to reduce operational impact and highlights the native varieties of the Murgia.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated in the Alta Murgia between Santeramo in Colle and the Gioia del Colle area, on calcareous-clay soils and well-ventilated hills. The estate takes advantage of the area's high elevations, conditions that promote freshness and minerality in the grapes.
