The Rosato IGT Rosamari from Villa Otto Lune offers an immediately pleasant drinking profile, aimed at those seeking a fresh and versatile wine. In the glass it shows a pale, clear and bright pink color that invites tasting. On the nose there are delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit and small flowers, accompanied by citrus hints and a touch of aromatic herbs; the overall impression is balanced and unobtrusive, suited to those who prefer clean, linear aromas. The olfactory approach remains refined and oriented toward elegance, with a fragrant thread that opens gradually.

On the palate it confirms a light structure with good acidity that supports drinkability and moderate persistence. The finish is saline and fresh, making it appropriate for informal consumption and simple dishes such as salads, vegetable appetizers, light fish dishes or summer fare; it can be served lightly chilled to emphasize its freshness. It is an everyday offer focused on pleasantness and immediacy, to be enjoyed young.
