The Sangiovese di Romagna DOC - Marnoso from Villa Otto Lune is a red wine that subtly expresses the typical profile of Sangiovese in Romagna. It shows a bright ruby colour; on the nose it offers notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by light herbal hints and spicy nuances. On the palate it reveals fresh acidity and lively but not aggressive tannins, with a saline texture that supports the sip and a medium-persistence finish. Overall it maintains a modest balance between fruit and structure.

At the table it suits everyday dishes and traditional preparations: pasta with ragù, flavourful white meats, not overly matured cured meats and semi-aged cheeses. It is advisable to serve it at around 16–18 °C; those who prefer may open it a few minutes beforehand to better appreciate the aromas. A versatile choice for those looking for a territorial Sangiovese to enjoy on various occasions.
