The Rosato Prenna IGT "Syrah" from San Patrignano shows a pale pink color with copper highlights. On the nose it opens with fruity notes of ripe strawberry, cherry and small red berries, supported by light floral hints. On the palate it presents a restrained balance: slim body, vibrant freshness and soft tannins that support the drinkability, with a clean, saline finish that invites the next sip. The aromatic intensity remains discreet, with an overall linear profile intended for immediate enjoyment.

Versatile at the table, it pairs with appetizers featuring cold cuts and fresh cheeses, lightly seasoned fish dishes, salads and light Mediterranean cuisine. It is also suitable as an aperitif for those seeking a fresh and immediate option. Serve around 10–12 °C; a moderately wide glass helps to appreciate its aromas. It is also appropriate for picnics and informal outdoor moments, where its pleasantness facilitates sharing and simple pairings. Store in a cool place and consume preferably soon to appreciate its freshness.
