The Rosè Cuvèe Spumante Dry "075 Carati" by Piera Martellozzo represents a refined choice for enthusiasts of high-quality sparkling wines. This rosé sparkling wine stands out for its lively character and elegance, being produced in the renowned wine region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, an area well-known for its production of excellent sparkling wines.

The grape varieties used for this sparkling wine are carefully selected to ensure superior quality. The winemaking technique follows the extended Charmat method, allowing the wine to mature in stainless steel tanks with the yeasts for a longer period, thereby enriching it with complexity and depth of flavor.

Visually, the "075 Carati" presents itself with a very delicate and captivating light pink color, with fine and persistent perlage that pleases the eye and heralds the quality of the sip. On the nose, it offers an intensely aromatic bouquet, with vibrant notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, a floral touch, and a slight hint of bread crust, resulting from its maturation.

On the palate, the Rosè Cuvèe Spumante Dry is fresh and fully harmonious, perfectly balancing acidity with a subtle sweetness that makes it pleasantly fruity but not overly sweet. The finish is clean and refreshing, with an aftertaste that invites another sip.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood, but can also pleasantly accompany a sushi dinner or vegetarian dishes. The "075 Carati" by Piera Martellozzo is certainly a stylish choice to celebrate special moments or to elevate an ordinary evening with a touch of sparkling elegance.

Winery history
The company’s history dates back to the late 19th century, with the first generation of the Martellozzo family active in 1899 in the province of Padua. In the 1990s Piera, of the third generation, took the helm of the business, began re-evaluating indigenous grape varieties and launched its first organic line. In the early 2000s the headquarters were consolidated in San Quirino, in the Friuli Grave area, serving as the starting point for expansion into national and international markets.
Production philosophy
The estate combines respect for the land with an innovative approach: careful selection of well‑suited vineyard parcels, the production of wines that reflect the local territory, and a focus on sustainable practices through measures such as photovoltaic systems, lightweight packaging, water reuse and careful selection of label materials.
Terroir and vineyards
Primarily operating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with ties to the Triveneto region; the wines are an expression of gravelly soils and a microclimate tempered by the Adriatic and sheltered by the mountains to the north.
