The Rosso Bio Rimini Cabiria from Podere Dell'Angelo is an organic red wine with an accessible, straightforward character. On the palate it is balanced, with soft tannins and a fresh development that keeps the sip flowing; the body is medium, not overly demanding, and the drinking experience is immediate with a modest aromatic persistence.

It pairs well with everyday dishes: cured meats, pasta with flavorful sauces, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Suited to informal convivial moments and for those looking for a versatile organic red for the daily table. Serve at around 16–18 °C and open shortly before serving to allow the aromas to unfold; being conceived for freshness, it is advisable to drink it relatively young.

The winery follows organic farming practices, avoiding chemical herbicides and synthetic fertilizers, and favors non-invasive cellar interventions.
