The Rosso DOCG Riserva Tullum from Feudo Antico is a classically styled red wine, aimed at those seeking intensity and mature sensory character. In the glass it shows a deep ruby color with concentrated highlights. The bouquet develops notes of ripe red fruit, light spices and earthy hints, without olfactory excess; the overall impression stays coherent and fairly complex, offering a balance between fruity elements and riper notes. The aromatic profile suggests a harmonious evolution over time.

On the palate it displays a well-defined body, tannins that are present but measured, and a structure that supports the fruit to a persistent yet not intrusive finish. It is suitable for immediate drinking, possibly after a short decanting, as well as for moderate cellar aging. It pairs well with meat dishes, aged cheeses and rustic preparations; serve slightly below room temperature to better appreciate its profile and freshness. It can also accompany traditional regional dishes and mushroom-based preparations.
