This organic Pecorino DOCG from Feudo Antico is a white wine made from the Pecorino grape in the Tullum area. It shows a bright color; on the nose it offers notes of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and light citrus hints, accompanied by a delicate mineral streak. In the glass it displays straw reflections and good brightness; subtle aromas of green apple, pear and bitter almond are also perceptible, contributing to a clean, linear aromatic profile without excess.

On the palate it is balanced, with good structure, lively acidity and a sapidity that supports the sip through a medium-persistent finish. It pairs with seafood starters, fish-based first courses, grilled fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses; it is also suitable for more informal occasions or as an aperitif wine. Serve cool, around 10–12 °C, in tulip-shaped glasses that are not too large; it is recommended to drink it young to enjoy its freshness.
