This Passerina DOCG from Feudo Antico, originating in the Tullum area, shows a bright straw-yellow color and a measured, fragrant aromatic profile. On the nose there are white flowers, green apple, a light citrus note and hints of fresh herbs that complement the bouquet without overpowering it. On the palate it is slim yet present: acidity is lively, the salinity balances the fruity component and a subtle mineral thread supports the development to a clean, pleasant finish.

It is suited to early drinking and naturally accompanies seafood starters, shellfish, grilled fish, salads, rice-based dishes and fresh cheeses; it also works well as an aperitif. Serve around 8–10 °C in not overly large glasses to preserve aromas and freshness. The bottle expresses a frank, accessible style, suitable for those seeking a versatile, ready-to-drink white without excess.
