The Rosso IGP Sabj from Abraxas presents an immediate, straightforward profile, suited to those seeking a modestly characterized red wine. It shows a moderate ruby color; on the nose it offers aromas of red fruit, light notes of sweet spice and an overall balanced aromatic profile. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with present but not aggressive tannins and acidity that provides freshness. The finish is honest, without excess, inviting relaxed, everyday enjoyment.

It is best served slightly cool relative to room temperature, in a wide glass that lets the aromas breathe. It pairs flexibly with simple everyday dishes: pasta with less structured sauces, flavorful white meats, mushroom-based preparations and medium-matured cheeses. Storage: keep away from light and temperature swings; once opened, consume within a few days to best appreciate its freshness.
