The Rosso IGT "1978" from San Patrignano is a red wine offered by the eponymous producer. It presents a recognisable identity rooted in tradition, intended for those seeking a wine with character without excess. Its structure is balanced and the progression on the palate invites a measured consumption; colour and aromatic profile suggest a restrained maturity, suitable for informal convivial moments or more intimate occasions.

Serve at a moderate temperature; it is versatile for pairings and naturally accompanies meat dishes and hard cheeses, while also suiting preparations based on cooked vegetables or homestyle dishes. It is aimed at people who appreciate straightforward wines, without technical claims implied by the name alone; storage requires the usual care given to IGT red wines. For better sensory evaluation, open the bottle shortly before service and allow a brief period of aeration.
