The Rosso IGT Nadel Centesimino from Azienda Vinicola Poderi Morini shows a medium body, a slightly fresh character, a ruby colour and an aromatic profile focused on red fruit and delicate tertiary notes. On the nose there are hints of cherry and plum, accompanied by light spicy accents and a sense of fresh earth; the overall olfactory impression is restrained and composed, without excess. The entry on the palate confirms balanced structure, with measured tannins and a lively acidity that supports the sip, providing a pleasant but unobtrusive persistence.

It is a wine conceived for everyday drinking and to accompany rustic home-style dishes: it pairs well with cold cuts, medium-aged cheeses, grilled meats and savoury first courses. Its versatility makes it suitable for informal consumption as well as convivial occasions. Storage and service require simple conditions: serve at moderate temperature and consume within a timeframe that preserves freshness and aromatic integrity.

Winery history
Poderi Morini was established in 1998. The first wines were the Sangiovese Riserva “Nonno Rico” and the passito “L’Innamorato”. From the start the estate focused on recovering Romagna native varieties and artisanal production; collaborators named include agronomist Luciano Lusa and oenologist Maurizio Castelli. The company website notes founder Alessandro Morini was recognized as an ambassador of Romagna wine during Vinitaly’s 50th year.
Production philosophy
"We add value to the Romagna we love." The estate combines attention to terroir and native varieties with a strong artistic component: artist-signed labels and a vision of the terroir as a 'blank canvas' where the vines express colours, aromas and flavours.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards root between the yellow sands of the 'Sabbie di Imola' and the 'Blue Clays', in the transition strip between the foothills and the low hills of Oriolo in the Faenza area. The estate describes the terroir as fresh and savory, influenced by the Adriatic breeze and Apennine winds.
