The name of this wine is dedicated to the historic village of Cusercoli located not far from the winery, formerly ruled by the Guidi family.

This Rosso Rubicone is born from the assembly of Sangiovese grapes, which give fruity and fresh aromas, and from Cabernet grapes harvested partially dried on the plants, which instead give a great concentration of aromas and flavors.

An enveloping and soft wine that shows an intense red color. On the nose there are persistent aromas of red fruits and blackberry jam, mixed with spicy aromas of licorice. It offers the palate a concentrated and full taste but with an excellent balance and very fine tannins, also due to the aging in French barriques.

Excellent in combination with roasts and braised meats, it is perfect with spicy stews and grilled red meats. Absolutely to be tried with long-aged cheeses.
