The Sparkling Chardonnay "Colibrì" from Poderi dal Nespoli represents a lively and sparkling expression of the Chardonnay variety, cultivated in the lush lands of Emilia-Romagna. This sparkling wine encapsulates the essence of freshness and elegance, offering a taste experience that is as pleasant as it is refined.

In the glass, the Colibrì shows a bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights, heralding its freshness and vivacity. The fine and persistent bubbles dance in the glass, enticing the first sip. On the nose, the wine expresses a delicate yet complex bouquet, where notes of green apple, white peach, and subtle floral accents stand out, enriched by a light touch of yeasts given by the brief fermentation in the bottle.

On the palate, the Sparkling Chardonnay "Colibrì" reveals itself to be slightly creamy with a soft mousse that blends harmoniously with a zesty freshness. The taste is clean and straightforward, with flavors that echo those perceived on the nose, complemented by a slight minerality that extends its persistence through to the finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, this wine can superbly accompany light appetizers, raw fish, or seafood. It is also an excellent choice for festive occasions, where its freshness and effervescence can truly elevate the moment.

Poderi dal Nespoli, renowned for its attention to quality and respect for the terroir, has created with "Colibrì" a wine that captures the essence of the territory and passion for viticulture, resulting in a sparkling wine that is both accessible and distinctive.
