Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses
In the glass it shows a vivid color and a balance between fruit and freshness that makes it straightforward and inviting. On the nose cherry and plum emerge, spicy nuances and a discreet herbal note that gives depth without weighing it down. The tannic texture is present but fine, supported by good acidity that keeps the sip flowing; the alcohol weight is balanced and the drinkability remains pleasant even over several sips. It is immediately approachable, suitable for those looking for an everyday red that is well-made.

On the palate it confirms the olfactory profile: juicy, with a structure that favors balance and clarity over power. The finish has good persistence with fruity echoes and a slight sapidity that invites another taste. Excellent with meat-based first courses, roasts and aged cheeses; it also performs well with traditional Tuscan dishes. Serve at around 16-18°C, opening the bottle a little earlier if you wish to soften the tannins.
