The Rubicone Sangiovese IGP Biodinamico "Maramia" from Tenuta Mara is a celebration of the authenticity and biodiversity of the lands of Emilia-Romagna. Located in the heart of this picturesque region, Tenuta Mara has adopted a biodynamic approach to the care of its vineyards, following strict agricultural standards that respect the environment and natural cycles, without the use of synthetic chemicals.

Maramia is exclusively produced from Sangiovese grapes, a vine that finds in the Rubicone region an ideal terroir to express its full aromatic richness and elegance. The harvest is carried out manually, selecting only the best clusters, to ensure the highest quality of the juice.

Visually, Maramia presents an intense ruby red color, sometimes tending towards garnet with aging. On the nose, classic notes of ripe red fruit such as cherries and plums emerge, enriched by nuances of sweet spices and a slight balsamic touch, a result of maturation in wood.

On the palate, the wine expresses a robust tannic structure but is well balanced with a freshness that prolongs its harmony and taste pleasure. The ideal pairing sees Maramia alongside robust dishes such as roasts, game, or aged cheeses.

With each sip, the Rubicone Sangiovese IGP Biodinamico "Maramia" from Tenuta Mara is a tribute to the philosophy of sustainability and respect for the land that this winery defends passionately. A wine that not only stands out for its superior taste profile, but also represents an excellent example of how responsible viticulture can yield exceptional results.

The estate also values art and music, integrating them into the care of the vineyards and the estate's premises.
