The Ramato White Wine IGT Biodynamic "Maramato" from the renowned Tenuta Mara represents a gem of winemaking for lovers of unique and distinctive wines. This wine stands out with its vibrant copper color, an unusual shade that captures the eye as much as the palate.

Produced in the prestigious viticultural area of Emilia-Romagna, "Maramato" is the result of stringent biodynamic agricultural practices, respecting the natural cycle of the vine and the surrounding environment, ensuring a wine of exceptional purity and quality. The carefully selected grapes undergo a light maceration with the skins, not only giving the wine its characteristic copper color but also a unique structure and aromaticity.

On the nose, Maramato offers an intriguing bouquet, with notes of ripe red berries, nuances of white flowers, and an elegant spicy touch. On the palate, the wine surprises with its freshness and liveliness, perfectly balancing minerality and a slight tannicity that invites another sip.

This wine pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, from seafood cuisine, like smoked fish starters, to more structured land dishes, such as white meats or blue cheeses. It is also an ideal companion for special occasions or as the star of a sophisticated aperitif.

Let yourself be seduced by the complexity and elegance of the Ramato White Wine IGT Biodynamic "Maramato" by Tenuta Mara, a true expression of the Emiliano terroir and the biodynamic philosophy that aims for the maximum expression of the grape variety and soil.
