The Rubicone Sangiovese IGT Organic "Ali Rosso" from Podere dell'Angelo is a refined expression of the Sangiovese grape variety, cultivated following strict organic methods in the fertile lands of Emilia-Romagna. This wine embodies the passion and commitment of the winery to sustainable agriculture and the production of high-quality wines.

With a deep ruby red color, "Ali Rosso" presents on the nose a fragrant bouquet of fresh red fruits like cherries and raspberries, enriched by subtle notes of sweet spices and a light touch of vanilla, evidence of its aging in wooden barrels. The aromatic complexity invites an immediate taste.

On the palate, it is distinguished by its balanced structure, characterized by soft yet persistent tannins and a pleasant acidity that imparts freshness. This Sangiovese is harmonious and well-structured, with a finish that remains elegant and clean, echoing the olfactory sensations perceived on the nose.

Ideal for pairing with grilled red meats, aged cheeses, and pasta with wild boar ragù, "Ali Rosso" is a wine that celebrates Italian winemaking tradition with a keen eye on modernity and sustainability. Serve it at a temperature of 16-18°C to fully appreciate its richness and complexity.

This Sangiovese IGT is not only an excellent example of an environmentally friendly organic wine, but also a testament to the unique terroir from which it originates, offering an authentic sensory experience deeply tied to its land of origin.
