Barcelò is a historic family, one of the very few remaining Dominican companies that still own sugar cane plantations and follow the entire production chain.
To the eye colorless and crystalline, Barcelò Blanco offers the nose sweet aromas of perfectly ripe tropical fruit, accompanied by green hints of foliage, with some spicy notes of white pepper. A balanced and dry sip, dry and warm at the same time, in perfect balance between strong body and delicacy.

Distillation
Continuous column distillation (industrial distillation from cane wine), using columns of up to six elements for some cycles; production and distillation are also performed through participation in the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos (AFD) plant.
Ageing
Aging in oak casks and assembly in blends; for some expressions finishing/maturation in specific casks (e.g. Mizunara, Port, maple) and double aging for premium versions.
