Distillation
Continuous column distillation (industrial distillation from cane wine), using columns of up to six elements for some cycles; production and distillation are also performed through participation in the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos (AFD) plant.
Ageing
Aging in oak casks and assembly in blends; for some expressions finishing/maturation in specific casks (e.g. Mizunara, Port, maple) and double aging for premium versions.
