Descrizione

This wine presents itself with a color that captures attention: a bright ruby red with garnet inlays.

The bouquet is complex and multifaceted: it begins with notes of berries, blueberry and cherry in alcohol, transmitting a sensation of fruity sweetness. Subsequently, delicate spicy notes of cinnamon, undergrowth and coffee are revealed, all embraced by a balsamic frame that adds depth.

Upon tasting, this wine reveals its generous body, supported by a balanced freshness and harmonious tannin. The finish is persistent, with hints of toasted notes that leave a memorable impression on the palate.

Ideal to accompany roasted meat and dishes based on truffles and porcini mushrooms. Furthermore, it pairs beautifully with medium and long-aged cheeses.
