Winery history
The masseria originated as a typical Apulian farm in the early 20th century. The modern winemaking project was initiated by the Tommasi family with the first documented harvest in 2014; since then the estate has been revitalized with work on the vineyards and cellar to enhance the local varieties and the terroirs of Manduria, Lizzano and Guagnano.
Production philosophy
To produce wines that express their terroir by prioritizing indigenous varieties, with vineyard management attentive to biodiversity, controlled yields and viticultural choices aimed at achieving elegance and moderate alcohol levels rather than an overly fruity style.
