The Salina Rosso IGP Guardiano del Faro by Cantina Colosi is born in the enchanting Aeolian archipelago, where the volcanic soil and the marine influence give the vines a unique and unmistakable character. This wine is a skillfully balanced blend that best enhances the native varieties, predominantly Nerello Mascalese, known for its elegance and finesse.

After a controlled fermentation, the Guardiano del Faro ages in oak barrels that intensify its structure, enhancing its soft tannins and providing a complex and enveloping bouquet. The bright ruby color anticipates aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a slight mineral hint typical of the territory.

On the palate, it is balanced and persistent, ideal paired with grilled red meats, traditional Sicilian dishes, and aged cheeses. An authentic expression of the Aeolian terroir, perfect for those who love to discover the depth of Mediterranean wines.
