Bianco Umbria IGT - Salviano di Salviano - Tenuta di Salviano is a white wine that captures the essence of the Umbria region, the green heart of Italy, known for its breathtaking landscapes and its rich winemaking tradition. This wine is produced by Tenuta di Salviano, a company that boasts a long history and a deep connection with the territory, dedicated to the production of wines that reflect the quality and authenticity of Umbria.

The Tenuta di Salviano extends on the shores of Lake Corbara, an area particularly suited to viticulture thanks to its unique microclimate and rich soils, which contribute to giving the wines aromatic intensity and complexity. Salviano's Bianco Umbria IGT Salviano is the result of a careful selection of white grapes, predominantly Chardonnay and Grechetto, two vines that best express the character and freshness of Umbrian white wines.

At sight, the wine has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections which testify to its freshness. On the nose, Salviano di Salviano offers a rich and inviting aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by floral nuances and a light mineral touch, which reflects the influence of the volcanic terroir of the area.

In the mouth, the wine is balanced and harmonious, with a lively acidity that supports its structure and amplifies the fruity and floral sensations perceived on the nose. The minerality is also felt on the palate, giving the wine a pleasant flavor and a long and persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, seafood, light appetizers and vegetable-based first courses, Bianco Umbria IGT Salviano di Salviano is a wine that enhances the variety and richness of the flavors of Umbrian and Italian cuisine, offering a tasting experience that is both refined and authentic.
