Winery history
Family-run estate with several generations connected to the Sancerre region. Winemaking takes place in historic cellars dating from the 15th to the 17th centuries. In recent decades the family has shifted towards organic and biodynamic methods and has highlighted individual lieux-dits with single-parcel cuvées.
Production philosophy
The approach emphasizes soil care and biodynamic/organic viticulture to produce wines that clearly reflect the specific characteristics of each Sancerre vineyard, favoring fermentations and winemaking that respect the character of the fruit and the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
