The color is a bright ruby red, which foreshadows the freshness and liveliness of the flavors. On the nose, the aromas present a delightful bouquet of red fruits such as cherries and strawberries, accompanied by subtle spicy notes and a light trace of minerality, typical of the limestone soils of Sancerre.

On the palate, the Sancerre Rouge from Domaine Vacheron stands out for its elegant acidity and well-balanced structure. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, making this wine ideal for a wide variety of food pairings, from white meats to mushroom-based dishes.

The limited production and meticulous attention to the winemaking process make the Sancerre Rouge from Domaine Vacheron an authentic expression of its territory, with aging potential that promises to evolve beautifully over time. An excellent choice for lovers of high-quality French wines.
