The Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore DOC "Ora" from San Patrignano presents as a red wine reflecting the typical character of the grape and the indicated appellation. In the glass it shows a pleasant profile with notes of ripe red fruit and slight floral nuances; the body is of medium intensity and the overall impression remains sober and straightforward. The name and label identify the producer without stylistic flourish, suggesting a wine intended for everyday use but also suitable for more attentive occasions.

On the palate the substance appears balanced, with tannins that are present but not dominant and freshness that supports the sip, making it versatile in pairings. It pairs well with hearty first courses such as pasta with ragù, with white meats and medium-cured cold cuts, as well as with medium-matured cheeses. A moderate serving temperature and a glass that highlights the aromatic profile are recommended. For online purchases it is a concrete option for those looking for a recognizable Sangiovese di Romagna without excesses.
