The Balia di Zola winery, known for its passion and meticulous care in producing high-quality wines, presents the "Sangiovese di Romagna Sup. Riserva DOC - Redinoce." This wine represents the highest expression of the Sangiovese grape variety, cultivated in the fertile lands of Romagna, Italy.

The Sangiovese di Romagna Sup. Riserva DOC - Redinoce is distinguished by its complex maturation process. The wine is aged for an extended period in oak barrels, which helps to enrich it with unique aromatic nuances, blending hints of ripe fruit with delicate spicy and vanilla touches.

Visually, the Redinoce has an intense ruby red color, revealing garnet nuances in the glass as it ages. The nose offers a rich and persistent bouquet, with notes of cherry, plum, and a slight hint of tobacco and chocolate, results of the refinement in wood. On the palate, it is robust and well-structured, with well-integrated tannins and a harmonious balance between acidity and alcohol. The finish is long and satisfying, with an aftertaste that recalls sweet spices and spirits-soaked fruit.

This wine is an ideal companion for robust dishes, such as roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 18°C to fully appreciate its complexity.

The production of Sangiovese di Romagna Sup. Riserva DOC - Redinoce by Balia di Zola is a tribute to the Italian winemaking tradition, offering a tasting experience that encapsulates the love and dedication of Romagna for wine. Ideal for collectors and wine lovers, it promises to evolve beautifully for many years to come.
