This Sangiovese di Romagna Riserva organic by Il Costone expresses an immediate, sincere profile: intense ruby color and aromas of ripe plum, cherry and a discreet floral note. The organic approach is evident in the aromatic clarity, without artifices; on the nose there are also earthy accents and delicate spices. The structure is supported by a fine extract that gives depth without weighing it down, while the whole remains elegant and well defined, inviting the next sip naturally.

On the palate it shows good structure, balanced between freshness and body: its salinity supports drinkability, the tannins are smooth without losing character, and the finish is of good intensity. It pairs easily with roasted meats, flavorful ragùs and aged cheeses, and also stands up well to mushroom dishes and rustic sauces. Serve at around 16–18 °C and let it breathe for a few minutes to better appreciate its aromas and flavor progression.
