Of good substance and clarity, this Sangiovese Romagna Superiore expresses an immediate and sincere profile: ripe red fruit, hints of cherry and plum, slight floral nuances and an earthy note that keeps everything grounded. On the palate it is vibrant, supported by a fresh acidity that makes the wine easy-drinking and invites another glass; the tannins are present but well integrated, providing structure without weighing it down. The finish is pleasant and savory, with a closing that recalls light spicy notes and a mineral trace.

It pairs well with traditional local dishes but also with more everyday combinations: cured meats, pasta with ragù, grilled meats or medium-aged cheeses find good balance with its character. It is a wine that satisfies both immediately and after breathing for a few hours; serve at around 16–18 °C and, if preferred, a brief aeration enhances its aromas. Ideal for those seeking an authentic, versatile Sangiovese without frills.
