Elegant and vibrant, this Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC from Laimburg clearly expresses the variety’s character in an Alpine setting. The aromatic profile is distinct but not overpowering: ripe citrus and green apple alternate with subtle herbaceous notes and a floral hint that make the bouquet fresh and inviting. In the glass it shows a bright clarity, while lively, well-balanced acidity supports the sip without weighing it down. The impression is one of cleanliness and precision, with a lean texture that keeps the wine agile and pleasant.

On the palate it reveals sapidity and a controlled juiciness; the finish is dry, of good persistence, with a return of freshness that invites a second glass. It is best enjoyed young and pairs gracefully with delicate seafood dishes, sushi, salads with fresh herbs, and fresh cheeses. Serve at around 8-10 °C to fully appreciate its tension and the cleanliness of the palate.
