The Sauvignon DOC from the Aristos winery, originating from the picturesque Valle Isarco, is a white wine that captivates the palate with its expressiveness and freshness. Characterized by an aromatic bouquet that reflects the intense personality of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, this wine stands out for its vibrant notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and herbaceous nuances, typical of this varietal.

The Valle Isarco, renowned for its mineral-rich soil and cool climate, imparts a fine acidity and balanced structure to the Sauvignon DOC from Aristos, enhancing its complex flavor profile. On the palate, the aromas of passion fruit and lime emerge first, followed by hints of lemon balm and nettle, leading to a persistent and refreshing finish.

The meticulous winemaking process, with temperature-controlled fermentation followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's freshness and aromatic qualities, makes the Sauvignon DOC from Aristos an excellent representative of high-altitude viticulture.

Perfect for accompanying seafood dishes, light appetizers, or as an aperitif, this wine is ideally served at a temperature of 8-10°C to highlight all its nuances. A jewel of freshness and elegance, the Sauvignon DOC from the Aristos winery is an excellent choice for lovers of white wines with a deep and lively identity.

Winery history
The Isarco Valley has an ancient winemaking tradition. Cantina Valle Isarco was founded in 1961 by a group of local winegrowers. Over time its production facilities have been renewed and it expanded its public services with a modern wine shop. In 2021 the winery celebrated its 60th anniversary and refreshed its image and labels.
Production philosophy
Highlighting the distinctive qualities of the mountain terroir through collaboration among small winegrowers: the winery operates as a cooperative to preserve its connection with the local landscape and to focus on grape quality, with particular attention to the white varieties typical of the Isarco Valley.
