The Sauvignon Friuli DOC from Ca Modeano is born in the heart of Friuli, a land renowned for its winemaking vocation and its mineral-rich soils. This wine expresses itself through the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, known for its intense and fresh aromatic characteristics. The aging takes place in steel, thus preserving the purity and liveliness of the fruit, enhancing its typical freshness and the mineral quality of the territory. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow with green reflections, while on the nose it releases scents of wildflowers, aromatic herbs, and citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, enriched by a slight hint of exotic fruit. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, with a pleasant sapidity and a persistent finish that invites the next sip. Perfect paired with raw fish dishes, seafood salads, or fresh cheeses, it is an ideal companion for those who love vibrant and aromatic wines.
