The Sauvignon IGT produced by the prestigious Arnaldo Caprai winery is an excellent and sophisticated example of this established grape variety. Originating from the Umbria region, this white wine is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes, grown in a terroir that enhances the intrinsic characteristics of Sauvignon, giving it a distinctive aromatic profile rich in nuances.

Visually, Arnaldo Caprai's Sauvignon IGT presents a bright straw yellow color, sometimes enriched by greenish reflections that testify to its freshness. On the nose, the bouquet is intense and complex, dominated by notes of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple, enriched by floral accents and a slight herbaceous touch typical of Sauvignon.

On the palate, the wine demonstrates extraordinary freshness and liveliness, with an impeccable balance between acidity and minerality. The structure is fine yet incisive, capable of leaving a persistent sensation of cleanliness and a pleasant fruity sensation on the palate. The harmony between the taste components allows this Sauvignon IGT to beautifully accompany dishes based on fish, seafood, and fresh cheeses.

Produced with methods that respect the environment and local traditions, Arnaldo Caprai's Sauvignon IGT is a wine that encapsulates the essence of the Umbrian terroir, making it a precious addition to any high-level wine selection. Ideal for those who appreciate white wines with character and refinement, it is a must for any elegant dinner or as a gift for fans of quality Italian wines.
