The first vintage produced by Cantina Caprai of this Sauvignon dates back to 2016. This wine is aged for 3 months in steel and at least 3 months in the bottle.
It immediately conquers the nose with its intense bouquet of white flowers and citrus notes, fabulously mixed with fun vegetal notes. On the palate it is immediately balanced and fresh, with a surprising mineral touch which gives a finish waiting to be discovered.
An exquisite wine that can be combined with any dish and perfect at every opportunity. Aperitifs, starters, fish and white meats, but also surprisingly delicious with soft cheeses.
