Scìa Rosa Frizzante IGP Puglia from Tenuta Viglione shows a pale pink colour with fine bubbles that lend liveliness to the glass. On the nose it offers restrained, fresh aromas of small red fruit, subtle floral notes and a touch of citrus, keeping the profile light and inviting. The frizzante effervescence is delicate and well integrated, contributing freshness without overwhelming the aromatic components.

On the palate it is slim and easy-drinking, with a balance between refreshing acidity and a modest body; tannins are not pronounced and the flavour profile favours drinkability. It works as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as summer salads, delicate fish, starters and mildly seasoned Mediterranean cuisine. Serve chilled to enhance its liveliness; suitable for casual, convivial occasions.

Production philosophy
An "unhurried" approach: organic cultivation, respect for natural rhythms and attention to environmental sustainability. The estate implements practices to reduce operational impact and highlights the native varieties of the Murgia.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated in the Alta Murgia between Santeramo in Colle and the Gioia del Colle area, on calcareous-clay soils and well-ventilated hills. The estate takes advantage of the area's high elevations, conditions that promote freshness and minerality in the grapes.
